PRICES AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

Prices charged for specific goods will be confirmed at time of placing an order. However, we reserve the right to change the prices of both goods and post and packing charges at any stage, due to fluctuations of raw materials and/or gemstones.

PRIVACY POLICY

Let’s keep it simple. Your privacy is very important to us. As a customer, we need certain personal information from you to effectively and efficiently communicate with you such as your name, address, phone number and email address. This personal information given to us is used solely for the processing of your enquiry, stock order, or commission. We store it securely and we do not pass it on to any third parties. We will only contact you in relation to your transaction. In the event of commissioned work, we reserve the right to anonymously post imagery of the production stages and finished piece(s) as work by Annette Lappin Fine Jewellery.

CLICK AND COLLECT

If there is an item of jewellery that you have viewed online, you are very welcome to purchase and collect from our store, or where an item has been pre-ordered/commissioned we can schedule for you to collect when your order is fulfilled at an arranged day/time.

OPENING HOURS & HOLIDAY SEASONS

Our store on 21, Glaslough Street is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm.

We all love our holidays and need to reboot, so at certain times of the year our brick-and-mortar store, as well as our on-line store will be paused, so for the most up to-date information on our holiday times, we will post details on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

DELIVERY POLICY

If your ordered item is in stock, it will sent to you within 1-2 working days, with a tracking reference. If the item is out of stock, this will require time for us to fulfill your order, and will notify you via email with a tracking reference (this does not refer to one-off-pieces).

Deliveries within the Republic of Ireland are FREE.

We are delighted to ship overseas at the following rates:

UK & North Europe: €17.50 - €26.00 (depending on weight), allow 3-5 working days.

Rest of Europe & Canada: €19.50 - €35.00 (depending on weight), allow 5-7 working days.

We use registered deliveries via An Post, the Irish Mail Service for our Irish, UK & Europe deliveries.

We use Fedex & UPS for deliveries to the Rest of World. Please be sure to give your full address, including Eircode/Postal Code/Zip code when placing your order. This address must be a location where the goods can be signed for, as all deliveries are fully insured. As such, each delivery must be signed for, as proof of receipt. Our prices include Irish VAT @ 23%. VAT will apply to countries within UK & Europe. Any orders outside of these zones are exclusive of Irish VAT but tax and duties at the time of importation into international countries is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

DAMAGES

All of our jewellery is carefully packaged prior to dispatch. If the piece of jewellery is damaged in transit, we will only be responsible for the cost of replacing that item. We cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage or indirect loss caused by the late arrival of, or damage to, or caused by any goods sold by the Company.

RETURNS POLICY

It is possible to return purchases within 28 days of signed receipt for exchange or refund. Where an item has been commissioned (handmade to order), manufactured, adjusted and/or engraved, exchange will not be possible. We do not refund OR exchange Gift Vouchers for cash.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods to us, we are happy to help, please contact us immediately by email (info@annettelappinfinejewellery.ie) or alternatively you can visit our shop or phone us on (+353) 047 38088.

On receipt of your email we will respond to you with further instructions. Only unworn and undamaged pieces of jewellery can be returned, in their original condition and original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Annette Lappin Fine Jewellery is not responsible for costs for return of item, or for the item reaching us safely. International taxes and duties that have been paid on receiving an item cannot be refunded by Annette Lappin Fine Jewellery.

We strongly recommend that you utilise a reliable delivery service, as we do not accept any responsibility for goods which have been stolen, lost or damaged while being returned to us.
